Role Overview


The Recruitment Manager will lead

end-to-end recruitment operations for GCC projects and simultaneously drive business development to acquire new clients. The role demands strong GCC hiring experience, excellent agent/vendor networking across India, and the ability to execute large-scale recruitment drives.


Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Operations


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC clients (sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, documentation, visa, and deployment).
  • Plan and execute bulk recruitment drives pan-India by coordinating with agents/sub-agents, training centers, and skill test venues.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for oil & gas, construction, and blue/white-collar roles.
  • Ensure compliance with GCC labour laws, visa norms, and client specifications.
  • Supervise recruiter teams to meet hiring timelines and quality standards.
  • Handle client coordination � requirement briefing, CV approvals, interview scheduling, and feedback follow-ups.


Business Development


  • Identify and acquire new GCC clients (oil & gas companies, EPC contractors, facility management firms).
  • Negotiate manpower supply agreements and empanelment contracts.
  • Expand company�s presence by tapping new sectors and geographies within GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).


Networking & Vendor Management


  • Leverage strong connections with recruitment agents/sub-agents across India.
  • Build partnerships with training institutes, trade test centers, and mobilization vendors.
  • Ensure continuous sourcing support for bulk and urgent requirements.


Team Leadership


  • Mentor and train recruiters on GCC hiring practices, documentation, and client management.
  • Monitor performance metrics (CV submissions, selection ratios, mobilization timelines).


Key Skills & Competencies


  • In-depth knowledge of GCC recruitment processes (visa, medicals, GAMCA, emigration).
  • Strong agent and vendor network across India (North, South, East, West).
  • Proven track record of executing large recruitment drives (100+ candidates).
  • Ability to generate new business and manage client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and recruitment CRMs/ATS.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8�12 years of experience in overseas recruitment, with at least 5+ years in GCC-focused hiring.
  • Prior experience in business development and client acquisition is preferred.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
