Are you an expert in RTO operations with a deep understanding of motor vehicle compliance, documentation, and vendor coordination? Join our growing team and lead the charge in transforming the used car experience through operational excellence.
- Lead seamless end-to-end RC transfer processes for used vehicles
- Ensure compliance with state-specific RTO regulations and motor vehicle laws
- Manage RTO agents, brokers, and third-party vendors
- Negotiate service charges and monitor turnaround times
- Maintain accurate RTO application and payment records
- Oversee PDD (Post-Disbursal Document) submissions to financial institutions
- Train and lead a team of RTO executives
- Conduct internal audits to ensure process adherence and legal compliance
- Identify bottlenecks and implement tech-enabled or lean process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance) for better customer journey
Bachelor’s Degree
*5+ years in RTO operations (preferably in used car aggregators)
*Hands-on experience with Parivahan, vAuto, AAX, or similar platforms
*In-depth knowledge of MV Act, pollution norms, and RTO tax structures
*Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
