We are hiring
experienced Relationship Managers with strong domain expertise in Home Loans and Affordable Housing Loans. The ideal candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) vertical, and be capable of developing and managing a network of Channel Partners for consistent lead generation and business development.- Source and acquire new customers for Home Loans & Affordable Housing Loans through DSA and channel partner network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, connectors, and real estate agents to generate quality leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads into disbursals.
- Handle end-to-end customer queries and documentation processes.
- Stay updated on loan products, market trends, and competition activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned geography.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Credit, Operations, Technical, Legal) for smooth processing and disbursal.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Home Loans / Affordable Housing Loans
- Specialization: Good knowledge of DSA vertical and established channel partner network
- Location Preference: Candidates open to working in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, or Kolkata
