ABOUT THE ROLE:


As a

Research Associate, you will analyze government programs, policies, and schemes at state and national levels, while identifying global best practices and innovative solutions across sectors. You will develop research-backed proposals and tailored recommendations to meet client needs, contribute to policy frameworks, and support stakeholders in adopting transformative initiatives. The role also involves tracking political developments, legislative changes, and socio-economic shifts that may affect projects and client strategies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


− Research and analyze government schemes and policies at central, state, and local levels.


− Identify and document global welfare models with potential for cross-sector replication.


− Evaluate initiatives’ impact, efficiency, and scalability using quantitative and qualitative analysis.


− Create reports and presentations summarizing policy insights and research outcomes.


− Create proposals for clients with innovative designs and policy recommendations.


− Stay updated on trends and reforms in governance, policy, and politics.


− Work closely with clients to understand needs and provide actionable solutions.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


− Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Development Studies, or a related field.


− Minimum 1 year of experience in political, policy research, public administration, or consulting, with a proven track record of working on government programs or policies.


− Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data & draw actionable insights.


− Strong communicator with expertise in impactful reports and presentations.


− Proficiency in creating client ready presentations.


− Familiarity with policy frameworks and socio-economic issues in India.


− Proficient in research tools and software for qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
