The goal is to maintain operational efficiency, a positive work environment, and high-quality service and food standards. Key Responsibilities


  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise employees, manage work schedules, track hours, and provide performance feedback.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage both front-of-house (guest service) and back-of-house (kitchen) operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
  • Customer Service: Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints, gathering feedback, and creating a positive dining experience.
  • Financial Management: Control operational costs, manage budgets, monitor inventory, and track financial performance to improve profitability.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels, place orders for food, drinks, and supplies, and work with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and value.
  • Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations, as well as other labor laws.
  • Business Development: Implement marketing strategies, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and suggest improvements to service and operations.
