We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Retail Operations. The role demands complete ownership of store performance, profitability, and expansion while ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational excellence.
- Full P&L ownership for all retail stores.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational KPIs across 100+ stores.
- Lead store operations, merchandising, visual display, and customer experience.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless execution.
- Manage expansion strategy – new store openings, market entry, and ROI optimization.
- Build and mentor a high-performing retail team (regional heads, store managers, staff).
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to maximize retail performance.
- Regular travel to monitor, review, and energize store teams across locations.
- 12–18 years of experience in retail leadership roles (preferably furniture, lifestyle, or consumer durables).
- Strong exposure to P&L management, multi-store operations, and expansion.
- Hands-on leader with analytical, strategic, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
