- Greet and assist walk-in customers with a professional and friendly approach.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable orthopedic/diabetic footwear and accessories.
- Explain product features, usage benefits, and customization options clearly.
- Take foot measurements (manual or digital scan) if required and guide customers during trials.
- Support in 3D foot scanning, trial, and consultation process (training provided).
- Coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists to ensure customers receive the correct service and guidance.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and ensure accurate cash/UPI/card transactions.
- Maintain attractive product display and ensure store cleanliness.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by management.
- Collect customer feedback and support after-sales service if required.
- Maintain stock records, ensure proper inventory, and order new products as required for stocking.
- Coordinate with the reporting manager for smooth daily operations.
