- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in retail/sales/customer service preferred
- Greet and engage customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Understand customer preferences and guide them in selecting jewelry
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, materials, gemstones, certifications, and current promotions
- Ensure smooth billing using POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Provide excellent after-sales support and address customer concerns promptly
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Fluent communication skills and a confident personality
- Customer-first approach with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
