- A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management processes.
- Expertise in sales techniques and delivering top-tier customer service.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A results-focused approach, aiming to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
