About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Manager to oversee revenue processes, controls, and reporting within our IT services business. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with 4–6 years of experience, ideally with a foundation in a Big 4 audit/assurance practice and exposure to revenue recognition in the technology/services sector. The position is critical in ensuring compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and business policies, while supporting commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Recognition & Compliance
  

o Ensure accurate and timely recognition of revenue in compliance with US GAAP / IFRS (ASC 606/IFRS 15).

o Review contracts, statements of work, and master service agreements to identify revenue implications.

o Partner with Legal, Sales, and Delivery teams to structure deals aligned with accounting guidance.

• Revenue Assurance & Controls
  

o Implement and monitor revenue assurance frameworks, policies, and internal controls.

o Drive monthly/quarterly revenue close processes, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

o Identify revenue leakage risks and recommend corrective actions.

• Business Partnering
  

o Work with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to align billing, invoicing, and revenue reporting.

o Support pricing models, deal reviews, and revenue forecasts.

o Provide insights on revenue performance, profitability, and trends to senior management.

• Audit & Compliance Support
  

o Liaise with internal and external auditors on revenue-related matters.

o Ensure adherence to internal audit, SOX, and compliance requirements.

o Maintain proper documentation of revenue processes for audit readiness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (mandatory).
  

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in revenue assurance, controllership, or audit.
  

• Big 4 audit/assurance experience (preferred), with focus on technology/IT services clients.
  

• Strong technical knowledge of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
  

• Experience with ERP/finance systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent) is desirable.
  

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
