We are currently seeking to recruit Fresher/Experienced- B. Tech/Graduate in Food Technology for Associate position, and experience minimum 3 years for Executive position to join our team.
To support the development, improvement, and innovation of noodle products and processes that align with consumer preferences, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Product Development & Innovation
Develop and optimize new noodle products in line with consumer insights and market trends.
Conduct pilot plant trials, scale-up, and shelf-life studies.
Support development of new flavors, seasonings, and packaging formats.
Process Improvement
Assist in improving existing formulations and production processes for better cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to implement new processes on the production floor.
Testing & Quality Control
Conduct sensory evaluations, texture analysis, and nutritional testing of noodle products.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP), and labeling requirements.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of product development trials, formulations, and results.
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and SOPs for new products.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with procurement, marketing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely launch of new products.
Support packaging development and vendor qualification processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
