About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Rust Developer with a strong background in IT and proven expertise in building high-performance, scalable, and secure applications. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience across system programming, microservices, and blockchain protocols, along with strong knowledge of distributed databases and cloud-native deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Rust-based applications using frameworks like Actix Web and Substrate.
  
• Apply microservices design patterns (CQRS, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, API Gateway, Service Discovery) to architect scalable solutions.
  
• Contribute to blockchain and DeFi integrations with protocols such as Aave and Polygon, and develop smart contracts in Solidity.
  
• Work on backend systems with multi-language integration (Java, C++, JavaScript) to deliver reliable software solutions.
  
• Develop and optimize messaging pipelines using Kafka and caching systems like Redis.
  
• Manage and optimize databases including SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, and IPFS.
  
• Deploy and manage applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Collaborate in Agile teams, applying Git-based version control and CI/CD practices.
  
• Ensure code quality, conduct performance tuning, and resolve production-level issues.
  
• Stay current with new developments in the Rust ecosystem, blockchain technologies, and cloud-native computing.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT software development, with at least 4+ years in Rust.
  
• Proficiency in Java, Rust, C++, JavaScript, and Solidity.
  
• Strong experience with microservices design and distributed system patterns.
  
• Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, ScyllaDB, IPFS).
  
• Familiarity with blockchain/DeFi protocols (Aave, Polygon).
  
• Strong working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and high-performance systems.
  
• Experience with Spring Boot, Actix Web, and Substrate Framework.
  
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and version control (Git).
  
• Good understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems.
  
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  
• Familiarity with DevOps tools & CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Background in financial services, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems.
  
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (Anaconda, Excel) for performance tracking.
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
