- Make outbound calls to UK customers as part of our lead generation & engagement campaigns.
- Build trust and rapport with customers through professional and engaging conversations.
- Collect, validate, and update customer details accurately in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve daily productivity and quality standards.
- Follow all compliance and process guidelines during customer interactions.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent.
- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in International BPO / Voice Process preferred (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings (Afternoon – Late Evening IST).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
