Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Management:
  • Actively engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable ceramic and sanitary ware products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to close deals effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, including architects, builders, contractors, and individual homeowners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Promote a culture of responsiveness and reliability, ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database and sales records.


  • Product Knowledge and

Communication:

  • Possess a strong understanding of our full range of ceramic tiles, sanitary ware (WC, sink, basins etc.), and other related items.
  • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our products to diverse customer segments.
  • Provide expert advice and technical information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or any other relevant bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably within the ceramic, sanitary ware, building materials, or a related industry.


  • Communication:
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with a wide range of customers.
  • Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


  • Other Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
