We are seeking a Sales and Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our products and services ( radiology).
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance services as required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is desirable
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Technical aptitude for understanding product specifications and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence is essential for this role
