We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to assist customers in choosing the right interior and exterior solutions while ensuring excellent service.
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide product details, features, and pricing information.
- Maintain product displays, samples, and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for billing and payments.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Support sales team in achieving monthly targets.
- Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales operations.
- Previous experience in showroom sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customers efficiently.
