We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in client coordination, quotation preparation, and should be confident in visiting clients when required. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between the client and internal teams.- Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with clients.
- Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements.
- Maintain records of all sales inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, accounts, production) to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain and update CRM and sales databases with accurate client interaction and transaction details.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of quotation preparation and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word); knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits when necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
