Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely processing of customer orders and inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
  • Maintain and update sales records, CRM databases, and reports.
  • Assist in drafting and following up on proposals and tenders.
  • Liaise with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate with internal departments (logistics, accounts, production) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Support in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and events.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate periodic reports.
  • Handle client calls, emails, and provide after-sales support.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day tasks and target achievement.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination / customer support preferred (freshers with good communication can be considered).
