We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and client base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.- Support sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Coordinate with clients on queries, onboarding, and renewals.
- Maintain CRM/records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
- Generate sales reports and track performance.
- Assist with sales campaigns and outreach activities.
- Work with operations to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Graduate with 2–7 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or related roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Mohali Office (preferred)
- Remote option available only for candidates willing to work full-time with dedicated focus from home.
