- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or reporting tools.
- Team & Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and strategy sessions.
