Roles & Responsibilities ï‚· Achieve monthly sales targets. ï‚· Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales. ï‚· Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers. ï‚· Respond promptly to customer/dealer queries via email, phone, and other official channels. ï‚· Track and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. ï‚· Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best solutions. ï‚· Continuously work towards improving customer experience and service quality. ï‚· Record and report customer/dealer feedback and inquiries proactively. Requirements ï‚· Passion for customer service and problem-solving. ï‚· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ï‚· Fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus). ï‚· Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or sales role. ï‚· Prior exposure to customer care platforms like Freshdesk will be an advantage. ï‚· Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.
