We are looking for a motivated

Student Admission Sales Executive to drive student enrollment and achieve admission targets. The role involves counseling students/parents, managing inquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
  • Counsel students and parents on courses, fee structure, and career prospects.
  • Follow up with prospects and ensure timely admissions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
  • Maintain records in CRM/MIS and prepare regular reports.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and schools.


Requirements


  • Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/admissions/counseling (freshers with good communication may apply).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, customer-focused, and organized.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
