Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections professionally.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, and customer information.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
