TAC (Training, Auditing, and Consulting) firm delivering innovative and reliable solutions in mechanical system design advisory, sustainability, and risk management. Our team of Practice Engineers works both strategically and operationally to provide top-tier consulting services, with a focus on developing efficient and effective engineering practices.We have technical products sell and for that we are looking for Freshers who can join us and grow with us.


Key responsibilities


  • Lead generation and prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
  • Sales cycle management: Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product presentations and demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Market intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
  • Reporting and analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and generate sales reports for management.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies, refine messaging, and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Attend events: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.


Required skills and qualifications


  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and persuasive presentation style.
  • Negotiation skills: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivation: A high degree of self-motivation, ambition, and determination to succeed in a target-driven, competitive environment.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in science(PCM)
