Sales Generation and Lead Management:
o Identify and target new business opportunities in the solar energy sector.
o Prospect, qualify, and develop new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online marketing, and attending industry events.
o Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
o Understand customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements.
o Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, the technology, and the savings involved.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
o Create customized quotations and proposals based on customer needs and site evaluations.
o Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while maintaining profit margins.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales progress, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
o Provide regular sales reports to management, outlining sales performance and progress towards targets.
o Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies.
o Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer specifications and expectations are met.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
o Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
o Strong understanding of solar energy systems, products, and services (training will be provided if necessary).
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
o Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
o Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
o A passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
o Should have the ability to set up a new dealership.
o Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
o Goal-oriented and driven by results.
o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
o Full-time position.
o Travel is required to meet clients, attend industry events, or perform site evaluations. ( 2 Wheeler with valid DL is must)
o Base salary plus commission/bonus based on performance.
