Essential Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand and anticipate client needs to provide tailored fragrance solutions
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to adapt strategies and meet targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
