Key Responsibilities
Membership Sales & Revenue Targets
Proactively identify and approach potential members through various channels (walkins, calls, leads). Present club membership offerings and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Promote upselling of premium memberships and club services like banquets, fitness,
or events.
Lead Management & Conversion
Maintain and track lead pipelines using CRM tools and follow-up rigorously to ensure closures
Participate in promotional events and outreach activities to generate quality leads
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
Conduct personalized club tours for prospective clients, highlighting key USPs
Build lasting relationships with members to encourage referrals and renewals
Maintain post-sales engagement for high customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the hospitality, fitness, lifestyle, or real estate sectors.
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
A result-oriented attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Weekends Mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
