We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives to promote and sell gold loan products across key locations in Bangalore. Ideal candidates should have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers through field visits, area mapping, and local marketing.
- Conduct door-to-door campaigns and cold calls.
- Assess and appraise gold ornaments for loan processing.
- Explain loan terms, repayment schedules, and benefits to customers.
- Ensure timely collections of interest and principal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Meet monthly sales targets and submit activity reports.
- Adhere to internal guidelines and RBI compliance.
- 1�4 years of field sales experience (preferably in gold loans/financial services).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with local areas and customer profiles.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based role.
