Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate team at Stellar Heights, Panchkula.


The ideal candidate should have prior experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.


Responsibilities


Handle client inquiries and generate leads.


Conduct site visits and property presentations.


Build and maintain strong client relationships.


Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.


Maintain proper follow-ups with prospective buyers.


✅ Requirements


Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).


Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Strong client relationship management.


Own vehicle is mandatory.


Open for both male & female candidates.


Salary & Benefits


Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience).

Travel allowance.


Work Details


Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM


Working Days: 6 days a week


Weekly Off: 1 day (not on weekends)


Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In


Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
