- Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Meet prospective customers (individual, fleet owners, corporates, government departments, etc.) and explain product features, benefits, and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for commercial vehicles.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for customer financing and loan approvals.
- Ensure proper documentation, booking, and delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Keep updated knowledge of Ashok Leyland’s product portfolio, competitor products, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and customer meets.
- Provide timely reports to Sales Manager on sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments.
