We are now seeking dynamic and ambitious Sales Executives (Interior Designing Sales) to join our growing team and drive client acquisition, project pitching, and revenue growth in the interior design segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and follow-ups using the provided database to generate qualified leads.
  
• Identify, connect, and acquire potential clients from the Kolkata market landscape.
  
• Pitch and sell our interior design solutions across three segments: Economic, Premium, and Elite.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  
• Collaborate with the design & project team to align client expectations with project deliverables.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective negotiation and closure.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to identify opportunities.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition in the interior designing / real estate / luxury projects sector.
  
• Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  
• Ability to understand client requirements and pitch the right design solutions.
  
• Target-driven with a passion for luxury interiors and lifestyle projects.
  
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude may also apply.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Competitive & negotiable for the right talent).
