Sales Executives to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Convince prospective clients that our organization is the right choice to meet their property needs.
- Manage and nurture client relationships through excellent follow-ups.
- Share details of new properties with potential buyers.
- Attend scheduled appointments and provide guidance to clients on property purchases.
- Build and maintain strong relations with developers and stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS and daily sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and decision-making ability.
