Key Responsibilities:


  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through structured sales interactions.
  • Conduct site visits, explain project details, pricing, and inventory to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals as per pricing strategy and incentive structures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for referrals and repeat sales.
  • Coordinate with legal, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth handover after booking.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasting, and feedback to management.
  • Act as a key representative of the project during roadshows, events, and channel partner engagements.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in closing residential/commercial real estate sales.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of RERA, documentation process, and real estate legalities.
  • Comfortable working under targets and deadlines.
  • Strong networking with HNIs, investors, and channel partners is a plus.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
