Key Responsibilities


  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, social media, and market research.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential customers in a way that addresses their specific needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance using CRM software.
  • Customer Support: Providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any product or service issues.
  • Goal Achievement: Working towards and meeting daily, weekly, and annual sales goals and quotas.

  • Sales Mindset: A goal-driven attitude, strong persuasive skills, and a passion for sales are crucial for success.

  • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is often recommended, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing processess.
