Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external parties
  • Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other documents as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with personal tasks such as errands, event planning, and household management
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or service providers
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
  • Candidate must be familiar with telecalling


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Tech-savvy; proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred


English language must be strong
