Location: Hajipur
Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 4–5 years (Publication Sector / Paper Manufacturing Industry experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
Develop strategies to expand dealer/distributor network.
Build and maintain strong relations with key clients.
Oversee market research, competitor analysis & business planning.
Ensure timely collections and drive revenue growth.
Report directly to management on sales performance.
Requirements:
✔ 4–5 years of proven experience in Publication / Paper Manufacturing Industry
✔ Strong leadership & team management skills
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation abilities
✔ Target-driven with strategic business acumen

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
