Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and objectives. - Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Go-to-Market Strategies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Marketing Analytics and Reporting. - Strong understanding of market research techniques to identify customer needs and trends. - Ability to analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to drive performance. - Familiarity with customer relationship management tools to track sales activities and customer interactions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategies. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
