Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The role focuses on selling our business model under a franchise expansion strategy, onboarding quality franchise partners, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a high-performance professional who thrives on meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive franchise sales by acquiring new franchise partners across targeted markets.
  • Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research and identify potential investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
  • Deliver persuasive business presentations (online/offline) highlighting the value proposition and ROI of the franchise model.
  • Manage the entire franchise sales lifecycle — from lead generation to closure of franchise agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
  • Track, monitor, and report sales performance with clear KPIs and milestones.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns for maximum lead conversion.
  • Stay updated on competitor performance and industry benchmarks to refine sales strategy.


Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or high-value B2B sales.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to sell ROI-driven investments to entrepreneurs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a high-accountability environment.
  • Graduate/MBA (preferred) with specialization in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.


Performance Expectations


  • Achievement of set monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
  • Consistent pipeline building and minimum lead-to-close conversion ratio compliance.
  • Revenue accountability aligned with franchise sales strategy.
  • Adherence to timelines and accuracy of sales reporting/MIS.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 24 months


Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
