Franchise Sales Manager's primary responsibility is to grow the franchise network by identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchise partners, while also fostering long-term relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Franchisee Acquisition:
  • Identify and source potential franchisees.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit new franchise candidates.
  • Manage the entire franchisee recruitment process, from lead generation to contract completion.
  • Present business plans to potential franchisees and negotiate franchise agreements.
  • Understand and respond to potential franchisee inquiries.
  • Interview and assess franchise applicants.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets for franchise recruitment.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Generate revenue from the respective regions.
  • Handle sales targets and cash flows.
  • Franchisee Support and Relationship Management:
  • Provide guidance and support to franchisees on operational issues.
  • Assist franchisees with planning, setup, and launch of their franchise units.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and franchisees.
  • Foster positive relationships with franchisees.
  • Regularly communicate with franchisees and align messages with brand goals.
  • Monitor and analyze franchise performance metrics.
  • Compliance and Brand Standards:
  • Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards across all franchises.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update franchise agreements.
  • Team Management (if applicable):
  • Lead and motivate franchise teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and implement improvement plans.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
