We are looking for an ambitious and target-driven

Sales Manager with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships while ensuring seamless deal closures.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
  • Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.
  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Train and mentor sales staff to enhance performance and professionalism.


Requirements


  • 4-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
  • Strong leadership skills with team management experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and well-spoken professional.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
