- Make dealerships and franchises.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies, both online and offline.
- Expand and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and strategic plans for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in building materials, construction, or industrial products.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to take ownership of multiple business functions.
- Bachelor�s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
