- We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to drive sales of residential and commercial properties.
- The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong desire to grow in the real estate industry.
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, site visits, and networking
- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales . Schedule and conduct property site visits
- Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, payment plans, and amenities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet monthly sales targets and generate regular reports
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and events Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of the real estate market
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Goal-driven and self-motivated . Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (basic level)
- Own vehicle preferred (with valid driving license)
- Minimum HSC (12th pass);
- Graduate in any stream preferred
- MBA in Marketing / Finance
