- Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries and explaining vehicle features.
- Participate in test drives and product demonstrations.
- Support the service team in basic vehicle inspection, servicing, and maintenance.
- Coordinate customer appointments for sales and service.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI / Graduate in any stream.
- Passionate about electric vehicles and customer service.
- Willing to learn sales and service operations.
- Basic computer skills and communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Fresher or 0–1 year of experience
