Position: Executive – Sales Support (International Markets)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: 0–3 years (Travel & Tourism preferred)(Freshers can also considered)
Our Travel Division is focused on delivering exceptional travel solutions and building long-term relationships with partners across the world. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Support Executive to strengthen our international business operations and client engagement.
Engage with travel agents across North & Central America, Africa, and Europe to promote products and services.
Drive sales growth by managing existing agency relationships and onboarding new partners.
Act as a single point of contact for sales and operational requirements from designated international markets.
Register new agencies and conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for agency staff.
Prepare and present sales reports and monthly MIS to the management team.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote destinations, campaigns, and seasonal offerings.
Work closely with the Product & Operations Teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and service delivery.
Maintain strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command of English (knowledge of foreign languages will be an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and presentations.
Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms will be preferred.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Background in Travel & Tourism Sales Support will be an added advantage.
