We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead company’s transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning. This role is responsible for designing scalable, user-friendly solutions using native Salesforce capabilities, reducing custom technical debt, and enabling a unified associate experience across resident services and call center teams.
Shift - Night Shift (6PM - 3 AM )
Package offered- upto 27 LPA
â— Own the end-to-end migration strategy from Classic to Lightning.
â— Redesign data model (replace custom objects with standard Lead/Opportunity where applicable).
â— Configure Lightning features: Dynamic Forms, Lightning Pages, Flows, Omni-Channel.
â— Recommend and implement AppExchange solutions where needed.
â— Collaborate with developers, admins, and QA to deliver incremental releases.
â— Ensure compliance with security, profiles, and permission sets.
â— Act as the trusted advisor to stakeholders for Salesforce roadmap planning.
â— 6+ years Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ in Lightning implementations.
â— Expertise in Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, case management, and digital engagement.
â— Proven experience with Classic-to-Lightning migration projects.
â— Strong understanding of low-code/no-code capabilities (Flows, Dynamic Actions).
â— Salesforce Certified Application/Solution Architect (preferred).
â— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
