We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FPSL Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance and reinsurance, along with a strong understanding of IFRS 17. This role requires a deep knowledge of the SAP FPSL data model, CVPM processes, customization, data analysis, and end-to-end reconciliation.
- Implement and customize SAP FPSL solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise in IFRS 17 and its application within SAP FPSL.
- Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct end-to-end reconciliation and ensure data integrity within SAP FPSL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FPSL implementation and customization.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FPSL implementation and customization.
- Working knowledge of IFRS 17.
- Experience in insurance and reinsurance industries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth understanding of SAP FPSL data model and CVPM processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and end-to-end reconciliation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
