Senior Academic Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for potential learners, guiding them in selecting the right career-enhancing programs. Your experience will help boost conversions, mentor junior counsellors, and deliver a superior learner experience.- Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel working professionals and graduates.
- Understand learners' goals and recommend suitable certification programs.
- Convert leads into enrolments through structured and consultative discussions.
- Manage and maintain the CRM with accurate data.
- Mentor and support junior counsellors to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve sales and service.
- Bachelor's degree (mandatory); MBA or relevant PG preferred.
- 2�4 years of experience in EdTech / career counselling / inside sales.
- Strong knowledge of programs in Data Science, AI, or Finance/IB domains is a big plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience using CRM tools like LeadSquared, Salesforce, etc.
