We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for independently managing the accounts department and supporting external consultants with compliance and reporting requirements.
1. Independently manage the accounts department, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Candidate is expected to have minimum 4-5 year’s experience.
3. Candidate working with Real Estate Developers / CA handling Real Estate Clients will be preferred
4. Candidates are expected to Assist External Chartered Accountant with all the raw data, workings in relation to TDS, GST & Scrutiny Matter (if any)
5. Candidate having basic knowledge of ROC compliances will be preferred
6. Candidate is expected to have knowledge of Finalisation of Accounts
7. Candidate having knowledge of Capital gain/loss will be preferred
8. Candidate is expected to assist External Company Secretary for Annual Compliance
