Job Summary:


We are seeking a strategic, client-focused

Senior Accounts Director to lead and grow key accounts within our portfolio. This role will oversee high-level client relationships, lead integrated campaign development, and ensure the successful delivery of event projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally with production, creative, and operations teams while mentoring account managers and junior staff.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage major client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients, providing strategic counsel and event expertise
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches, and strategic plans tailored to client objectives
  • Oversee event execution from concept through delivery, ensuring budget, timeline, and brand standards are met
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, finance) to deliver seamless project execution
  • Manage account budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in events and experiential marketing


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
  • 8�10+ years of client service experience in the events, marketing, or advertising industry
  • Proven experience managing high-value accounts and large-scale event campaigns
  • Exceptional client relationship and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and organizational abilities
  • Deep understanding of event production, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site event support as needed
