We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accounts Executive with strong hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and compliance. The role involves managing day-to-day accounts, handling statutory filings, and supporting audits. Candidates must be comfortable working with accounting software and Excel, with prior exposure to GST, TDS, and Income Tax processes.- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in software such as Tally / Zoho Books.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor/customer accounts.
- Work on GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance, including return preparation and filing.
- Use GST portal & Income Tax e-filing portal for regular filings.
- Assist in preparation of corporate tax workings and support in statutory audits.
- Handle monthly and annual closing activities including trial balance and basic MIS reports.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as required.
- Prepare Excel-based reports using formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis for management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure statutory compliance at all times.
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally. Zoho Books Preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Experience with tax return filing portals and statutory audits.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Good communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
